Medical Animation

Personal projects, 2018-2021.

Small world, big detail

A deliberate step away from hard surface modeling. Medical visualization pulled me in with its own logic. Organic, intricate, and completely different from my usual work. I found it captivating.

Red cells

The red cell is probably the first subject that comes to mind with medical visualization. I pushed it further, focusing on shaders and lighting to bring as much detail and depth as possible.

The walking protein :)

A fun one. This kinesin protein literally walks along microtubules inside the cell, carrying cargo like a tiny molecular freight walker. That single fact was all the inspiration needed to build a walking cycle animation.

The sodium–potassium pump

Simplification as a tool. Dropping detail to highlight what matters, the function of the sodium-potassium pump.

B-Cells

A simple animation exploration of B-cells.

Clean, precise renders for medical products.

Functional objects, rendered with care.
